Tillamook Toast

Ingredients: 6 slices of baguette or
Pullman bread!2 oz. of
Oregon shrimp meat½ cup of mayonnaise6 slices of Tillamook cheddar cheese1 teaspoon of fresh dill
Method:
Slice the bread and toast lightly
Mix the shrimp with the mayonnaise and the dill
Spread the shrimp mixture on the bead
Cover each slice of bread with a slice of cheese
Bake in 4o0 degree oven for about 8 minutes
Serve hot with a side of cucumber sticks
