Tillamook Toast

 Ingredients:  6 slices of baguette or
Pullman bread
!2 oz. of
Oregon shrimp meat
½ cup of mayonnaise6 slices of Tillamook cheddar cheese1 teaspoon of fresh dill 

Method: *  Slice the bread and toast lightly*  Mix the shrimp with the mayonnaise and the dill*  Spread the shrimp mixture on the bead*  Cover each slice of bread with a slice of cheese*  Bake in 4o0 degree oven for about 8 minutes*  Serve hot with a side of cucumber sticks
